Terms of Use and Service

ECON LIMO provides chauffeured, prearranged passenger transportation service only.

We do not provide rental-car service or moving service.

ECON LIMO will not move or transport any oversized or heavy objects, appliances, furniture, food/catering, art, etc. Thank you!

Must be 18 or older to Request Service, submit Booking or Quote.

Teenagers 13-17 y/old must be accompanied by adult guardian(s) or consent/permission to travel must be given and service must be requested by parent(s) or legal adult guardian(s). 

Children 12 y/old and younger must always travel with parent(s) or adult guardian(s).

All children and teenagers 17 y/old and younger must travel with parent(s) or legally authorized adult guardian(s) when crossing boarder to a different Country. Document verification will be required.

You must request an SUV or Minivan if traveling with pets that are 30 pounds or more.

It is prohibited and unlawful to request our service for any illegal activity or to engage in any illegal activity while receiving our service(s).

Any suspected illegal activity(s) will be reported to Local and/or Federal Law Enforcement Agencies.

Quotes are NOT confirmed bookings and are subject to review and approval by ECON LIMO.

OFF Hours Surcharge 11 PM to 6 AM - $25.

National Holidays Charge - $25

Child Car Seat Charge - $20 per seat.

Extra Stop(s) - $20 per stop, plus mileage.

Waiting Time Charge for Point-To-Point and Airport Trips - $5 first 1 (one) minute, then increments of $5/5 minutes. Minimum waiting time charge is $10.

Garage Time/Distance Charge for Hourly Trips - $45 minimum for Black Car and $65 minimum for SUV.

Taxes, Black Car fund surcharge, congestion relieve charge and other charges may apply.

Sprinter Van, Mini Coach and Coach Bus services are offered trough our network of affiliates by special order only and are subject to availably.

ECON LIMO reserves the rights to stop, cancel or terminate service at its discretion.

1) Credit card authorization required in order to confirm your reservation. You authorize ECON LIMO to charge your credit card for all services associated with your account and/or reservation(s). Initial authorization amount will be equal to your reservation's estimated total plus $100.00

2) Tolls, parking and all other expenses are additional. Taxes, other fees and surcharges may apply. Actual total amount will be calculated at the end of the service.

3) Waiting Time and Extra Stops Charges:

Commercial Airlines: You have 30 minutes of free time for Domestic Arrivals and 1 hour of free time for International Arrivals. For all Commercial Airlines Arrivals waiting time count starts from the moment of aircraft gate arrival.

All other reservations: You have 15 minutes of free waiting time. For Private Airlines and all other reservations waiting time count starts from the pick-up time, indicated on reservation.

You have 10 minutes of free waiting time at all extra stops. 

Waiting time billed in 5-minutes increments of $5 per 5 minutes. Minimum waiting time charge is $10.

Extra Stop(s) Charge is $20.00 per stop plus mileage.

4) CANCELLATION POLICY: 4 hours minimum, prior to reservation time. Full estimated fare will be charged if you don’t cancel or reschedule your reservation before time limit. In some cases ECON LIMO will not be able to change your reservation to an earlier time. NO-SHOW FEE is a full amount of your reservation’s estimated total due.

6) Airport Access Fee may apply. 

7) Service/Processing fee is 3.5% of reservation's subtotal. Will apply to all trips. 

Minimum Rental/Service Time 2 hours for BLACK CAR and SUV. Minimum Time for Sprinter Vans, Mini Coaches or Coach Bases will be provided after submitting special request. Extra time charge will be added if your trip will take longer than original service time. Extra time is billed in 15-Minutes increments for Black Car, Minivan or SUV and in 1 hour  increments for Sprinter Vans and Buses.

Minimum Distance/Garage Time Charge is $45 for Black Car and $65.00 for Minivan/SUV. Special request rates for sprinter vans, mini coaches and coach buses.

Extra Distance/Garage Time Charge will apply for pick-ups/drop-offs outside of Manhattan, LGA, JFK, EWR (Newark Airport), Westchester County Airport (HPN), City of White Plains NY, Greenwich CT and Stamford CT.

1) The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the time of the rental by the client or any members of their party. Carpet/seat damage fee is $300.00 minimum. Sanitation fee is $50.00 minimum.

2) Alcohol consumption and drug use are not allowed and prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking/vaping, including e-cigarettes, prohibited in all of our vehicles. FOOD consumption is not permitted and it is left to the discretion of the driver upon your request, at your own risk, assuming your full responsibility for all passengers in case of a choke hazard.

3) PLEASE notify ECON LIMO, at the time of reservation, if you traveling with animals or birds. 

You must request SUV or Minivan if traveling with pets that are 30 pounds or over. Pets 30 pounds or more must travel in the rear part or row of the vehicle. All pets must travel in appropriate bags or cages, except service animals.

4) Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. Not responsible for delays or the termination caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e. not salted roads, accidents, floods etc.).

5) ECON LIMO is not responsible for articles left in the vehicle(s).

6) Vehicle(s) cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.

7) All vehicles in ECON LIMO system are owned and operated by independent owners/operators or affiliates, ECON LIMO assumes no liability for any damages or loses caused by the operation of the vehicle(s) or by the action(s) of the driver(s).

Important!

The driver has the right to choose best, most efficient and safest route possible, according to driver. 

The driver has the right to terminate service without a refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).
