By requesting a quote, making a reservation or booking, submitting payment, or using ECON LIMO services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
ECON LIMO provides prearranged, chauffeured passenger transportation services, together with related booking and coordination services. ECON LIMO does not provide rental car service, moving service, delivery service, freight service, or household goods transportation.
All services are subject to availability and are not guaranteed unless and until they are expressly confirmed by ECON LIMO.
You must be at least 18 years old to request service, submit a booking, or request a quote.
Travel by minors is subject to the following rules:
Quotes are estimates only and are not confirmed bookings. All quotes remain subject to review, approval, availability, and final confirmation by ECON LIMO.
Unless otherwise stated, quotes may be canceled or voided if not secured and confirmed by the customer within seven (7) days of submission or 48 hours prior to service, whichever occurs first.
A $1 deposit and a valid credit or debit card authorization may be required to confirm a booking or quote request.
By submitting a booking or quote request, you authorize ECON LIMO to charge the payment method on file for authorized charges related to your reservation, including estimated fare, applicable fees, tolls, parking, waiting time, extra stops, damages, cleaning, and any additional charges permitted under these Terms.
Unless otherwise stated on the reservation, the initial credit card authorization may be for the estimated total plus $100.00.
The following charges may apply, when applicable:
Cancellation deadlines are as follows unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of booking:
For out-of-state, international, specialty vehicles, sprinters, minibuses, mini coaches, and coach buses, the cancellation deadline will be determined at booking, but will not be less than 48 hours prior to the reservation time.
If you fail to cancel or reschedule before the applicable deadline, the full estimated fare will be charged.
A No-Show fee is equal to the full estimated total due for the reservation.
For point-to-point and transfer reservations, a no-show may be issued if ECON LIMO is unable to establish contact with the passenger or customer within one (1) hour after the applicable complimentary waiting time has expired.
For hourly / as-directed reservations, a no-show may be issued if ECON LIMO is unable to establish contact with the passenger or customer within the applicable minimum reserved hourly service period. In all such cases, the customer shall remain responsible for the full estimated fare and any applicable waiting time charges incurred before the reservation is treated as a No-Show.
ECON LIMO does not guarantee that a reservation can be moved to an earlier time.
Customers must provide accurate flight details, including airline, flight number, and scheduled arrival time, when booking airport transportation.
For commercially verifiable or otherwise traceable incoming flights, ECON LIMO will make reasonable efforts to monitor flight status using available flight-tracking sources.
If a commercially verifiable or otherwise traceable flight is canceled or diverted for reasons outside the passenger’s control, ECON LIMO will not charge a late cancellation fee, provided the cancellation or diversion can be reasonably verified.
For untraceable flights, including private flights or flights that cannot be reasonably monitored or verified, the standard cancellation and no-show policies will apply.
For commercial airline arrivals, waiting time begins upon the flight’s actual gate arrival, not touchdown.
For private flights and all other reservations that cannot be reasonably tracked or verified, waiting time begins at the scheduled pickup time listed on the reservation, unless otherwise confirmed by ECON LIMO in writing.
Each extra stop includes 10 minutes of complimentary waiting time.
Additional waiting time is billed in 5-minute increments at $5 per increment, subject to a $10 minimum waiting-time charge.
The minimum reserved service time is:
For multiple-vehicle reservations involving two (2) or more Black Cars or SUVs for the same date, time, location, event, or group, service is billed hourly with a 3-hour minimum.
Sprinter Van, Mini Coach, and Coach Bus services are available by special request through ECON LIMO’s affiliate network and are subject to availability and separate pricing terms.
Additional time beyond the reserved service period will be billed as follows:
Additional garage time and/or extra distance charges may apply, especially for pickups or drop-offs outside standard service areas.
Black Car / Sedan service is intended for up to three (3) passengers and luggage within normal sedan capacity.
To help ECON LIMO provide the most suitable vehicle and avoid delays or service issues, Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding passenger count, luggage, and any other trip requirements at the time of booking.
If, before or at pickup, the actual passenger count, luggage volume, or other trip requirements exceed the capacity of the Black Car / Sedan originally reserved, ECON LIMO may, subject to availability, provide a larger vehicle to safely and properly accommodate the trip.
In such cases, the reservation may be updated and billed according to the category of vehicle actually provided and used for the trip, including, where applicable, SUV or Minivan service.
Any such adjustment resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or changed booking information shall be the responsibility of the Customer.
If an appropriately sized replacement vehicle is not available, ECON LIMO reserves the right to delay, modify, or decline the service to the extent reasonably necessary based on the actual trip requirements.
ECON LIMO provides passenger transportation only. ECON LIMO is not a moving company, courier, freight carrier, or household goods transporter.
As part of the service, chauffeurs will provide reasonable luggage assistance and customary passenger door assistance in the immediate curbside or driveway area at pickup and drop-off, subject to safe conditions, traffic conditions, location constraints, and the limitations set forth in these Terms.
For safety, insurance, and liability reasons, chauffeurs are not required, not expected, and are not permitted to:
Neither ECON LIMO nor its chauffeurs are obligated to lift, carry, load, unload, or move any single item weighing more than 70 pounds.
ECON LIMO will not handle or transport:
Hazardous, flammable, explosive, toxic, prohibited, or illegal items are strictly forbidden. Any such items may be refused and, where appropriate, reported to law enforcement or other proper authorities.
It is strictly prohibited to use or attempt to use ECON LIMO services for any unlawful purpose or to engage in illegal activity during service.
Any suspected illegal activity may be reported to local, state, or federal law enforcement authorities.
The following are prohibited in all ECON LIMO vehicles:
Alcohol consumption is not permitted unless specifically allowed by law and expressly authorized for the service. Any fines, penalties, or damages resulting from passenger conduct shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Food consumption is generally not permitted and, if allowed by the chauffeur in limited circumstances, is done entirely at the passenger’s own risk and responsibility.
Please notify ECON LIMO at the time of reservation if you will be traveling with an animal or bird.
Customers traveling with pets weighing 30 pounds or more must request an SUV or Minivan.
Pets weighing 30 pounds or more must travel in the rear area or rear seating row of the vehicle.
All pets must be transported in an appropriate carrier, bag, crate, or cage, except for lawful service animals.
Vehicles may not be loaded beyond legal seating capacity or safe cargo capacity.
The customer assumes full financial responsibility for damage caused to the vehicle by the customer or any passenger in the party during the reservation.
Minimum charges may include:
Additional charges may apply for excessive mess, spills, odors, bodily fluids, smoking-related damage, or any required repair, restoration, or out-of-service loss.
ECON LIMO is not liable for delays, service interruption, or early termination caused by weather, road conditions, traffic, accidents, government restrictions, airport delays, force majeure events, or other conditions beyond its reasonable control.
In the event of a mechanical breakdown during charter service, ECON LIMO’s responsibility, if any, shall be limited to reasonable efforts to provide substitute transportation or to address lost time at a mutually agreed future date, where appropriate.
ECON LIMO is not liable for personal belongings, luggage, or other items left behind, lost, damaged, or unattended in any vehicle. Customers and passengers are solely responsible for ensuring that all personal property is removed from the vehicle at the end of the trip.
In certain cases, transportation services booked through ECON LIMO may be performed by independently owned and operated affiliate carriers or partner operators.
Each affiliate or third-party transportation provider is an independent contractor and is not an employee, agent, joint venturer, or legal representative of ECON LIMO.
Such providers maintain their own vehicles, drivers, licenses, insurance, and operating authority, and are solely responsible for the operation, conduct, safety, and legal compliance of their personnel and vehicles.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ECON LIMO shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, accident, or claim arising out of or related to the acts, omissions, negligence, or operations of any independently owned or third-party transportation provider.
By booking with ECON LIMO, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
The chauffeur has the right to choose the safest, most efficient, and most appropriate route based on traffic, road conditions, operational considerations, and professional judgment.
ECON LIMO and/or the chauffeur may end service without refund if passenger conduct is unsafe, unlawful, abusive, threatening, destructive, or otherwise materially violates these Terms.
All rates, estimated prices, fees, surcharges, policies, and services are subject to change without notice unless expressly confirmed in writing for a specific reservation.
All reservations remain subject to final review, confirmation, vehicle availability, chauffeur availability, weather, and operational feasibility.
By requesting or using transportation services, customers and passengers acknowledge that ground transportation services involve certain inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated, including but not limited to traffic conditions, road hazards, weather conditions, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, actions of other drivers or third parties, sudden stops, and delays caused by circumstances beyond ECON LIMO’s reasonable control. While ECON LIMO strives to provide safe and reliable service and to exercise reasonable care in connection with its operations, customers understand and accept that such inherent risks may exist as part of transportation services.
ECON LIMO reserves the right to stop, cancel, or terminate service at its discretion when reasonably necessary for safety, operational, legal, or service-related reasons.
By requesting a quote, making a reservation or booking, submitting payment, or using ECON LIMO services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
